Also serves as senior leader for the LMS Audits & Governance function, supporting GxP quality audit and inspection readiness.
What distinguishes this work: genuine technical depth alongside leadership scale. Writing SQL to surface the data and context the LMS Audits & Governance team needs when GxP quality inquiries come in, reviewing and shaping the final responses, and investigating LMS issues before they become problems. The approach has always been to stay close enough to the technology to build, not just manage.
Applied AI in Enterprise Learning at Thermo Fisher Scientific / CRG, supporting enterprise-wide AI initiatives to accelerate clinical research and drug development
- Articulate + ChatGPT Enterprise completion handshake: Built a hash-based verification system linking Articulate Storyline and Rise courses to external ChatGPT Enterprise GPTs. Learners authenticate via email, interact with the AI, then return a verification token to the Articulate module to receive LMS credit, keeping API credentials entirely outside of published courseware.
- Audit Response GPT: Built a custom ChatGPT Enterprise GPT to support the Enterprise Learning audits and governance function, subsequently transferred to the EL audit lead for ongoing management and iteration.
- LearnBrite 3D + ChatGPT Enterprise integration: Implemented API-level integration between internal ChatGPT Enterprise and the LearnBrite (PPD 3D) immersive learning platform, enabling interactive AI-powered chatbot characters within 3D virtual learning environments.
- PPD 3D scenario library (LearnBrite): Oversaw deployment of 6 asynchronous immersive scenarios (including site pharmacy inspection simulations), giving CRAs and clinical staff realistic practice opportunities before performing procedures in the field.
- AI governance and vendor compliance: Guided team through corporate AI feature evaluation processes for both new and existing vendor products, aligning with IT Security and the enterprise AI governance function.
- SQL-driven LMS investigation: Applied SQL and programming skills to accelerate root-cause analysis for LMS issues and to respond to quality audit and inspection inquiries regarding training data and records.
Leads the Enterprise Learning Support function for the Clinical Research Group (CRG), reporting to the Executive Director of Enterprise Learning.
